Who this applies to

By accessing the Frame Decisions or Virtual Strategy Tech website, you confirm you're at least 18 years old — or have the legal authority to agree to these terms on behalf of your organization. These terms apply to everyone who visits or uses our site.

How you're expected to use this site

Use Frame Decisions for lawful purposes only, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Don't use it to cause harm, abuse our systems, or misrepresent who you are. That's the standard we hold ourselves to — we expect the same from the people we work with.

Our content is ours

Everything on this site — the copy, design, logos, graphics, and product concepts — belongs to Frame Decisions and Virtual Strategy Tech. It's protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

You're welcome to read it, share it, and reference it. You're not welcome to reproduce, redistribute, or repurpose it without our written permission.

Your inputs remain yours. Outputs generated for your account are for your internal use, subject to these terms and your plan.

If you share something with us

If you share feedback, suggestions, or ideas with us, you give us permission to use them to improve, operate, and promote Frame Decisions without owing you compensation. We won’t publicly identify you or your organization without permission.

We won't misrepresent what you said or put words in your mouth. We'll always ask before featuring you by name.

What we can and can't promise

Frame Decisions by Virtual Strategy Tech product and this website are provided as-is. Certain features, including early access modules and Founding Partner features, may be in beta, preview, or active development. We work hard to make sure everything here is accurate and current — but we can't guarantee it always will be. Use your own judgment alongside ours.

Our liability is limited

Frame Decisions and Virtual Strategy Tech are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from your use of this site or our services. That includes loss of data, revenue, or profits. We're a small founding team building something real — we're not in a position to absorb liability for outcomes outside our control.

Third-party links

Some links on our site point to external websites. We include them because they're useful - not because we endorse everything those sites do. Their content and practices are their own responsibility.

We can remove access

If you use this site in a way that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful to Frame Decisions or Virtual Strategy Tech or its users, we reserve the right to restrict or suspend your access without notice.

Products, plans and payments

Frame Decisions may offer one-time programs, monthly subscriptions, early access programs, consulting-supported services, and other paid offerings.

Prices, usage limits, included features, and billing terms are shown at checkout or on the applicable pricing page. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

For monthly subscriptions, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fee on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. You can cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle. Unless required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

Access to paid features may depend on your selected plan, usage limits, account status, and successful payment.

Founding partner cohort

The Founding Partner program is a 90-day consultant-guided early access program for teams that want to use Frame Decisions while helping shape the platform.

By completing payment for the Founding Partner program, you agree that:

• the program runs for 90 days from your onboarding date or another start date agreed in writing;

• program access includes the usage limits, support, and features described at checkout;

• roadmap input does not guarantee that any specific feature, workflow, integration, or request will be built;

• we may prioritize roadmap input based on customer demand, strategic fit, feasibility, and product direction;

• certain features may be in beta, preview, or active development;

• your participation does not create any ownership rights in Frame Decisions, Virtual Strategy Tech, our product, roadmap, intellectual property, or future business.

Founding partner refunds and cancellations

The Founding Partner program is a one-time program fee for a limited 90-day cohort.

Because the program includes reserved capacity, onboarding, consulting support, product access, and access to a limited cohort, payments are non-refundable after onboarding begins.

If you request cancellation before onboarding has been scheduled or started, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund or apply the payment toward another Frame Decisions or Virtual Strategy Tech service.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

These terms will evolve

Frame Decisions provides decision-support tools, structured frameworks, analytics translation, readiness assessments, and related outputs.

Our outputs are intended to support your thinking and decision-making. They are not legal, financial, accounting, investment, medical, engineering, data science, or other regulated professional advice.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs, validating assumptions, checking source data, applying your own judgment, and deciding whether and how to act. We do not guarantee any business outcome, revenue result, cost saving, model performance, operational improvement, or decision result.

User input and decision content

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, and appropriateness of any information you submit to Frame Decisions or Virtual Strategy Tech.

You should not submit confidential, sensitive, regulated, or third-party information unless you have the right to do so and are comfortable using it within the service.

We may use submitted information to provide the service, generate outputs, improve product functionality, support your account, troubleshoot issues, and understand how users interact with Frame Decisions. Our use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Beta and early access features

Some features may be offered as beta, preview, experimental, or early access features. These features may change, break, be limited, or be discontinued.

We may modify, suspend, or remove beta features at any time. Beta features are provided as-is and may not be suitable for high-stakes or production use without independent review.

These terms will evolve

As Frame Decisions by Virtual Strategy Tech grows, these terms will be updated to reflect where we are. Continued use of the site means you're okay with the current version. We'll always keep this page current.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Ontario.
